They are fun, hilarious guys who have a great time. yes, sometimes they seem extremely douchey, but they are honestly great dudes (Even if they are all from California haha). Laid back, cool kids. Hoping they focus on brotherhood and getting a physical house and actually take care of it this time.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 4.6 SAE is not like a normal frat but they are by far some of the coolest guys on campus and the girls love them. They are probably the most athletic house but disguise it because they always look like laid back california kids but a lot of girls love that. Definitely top with kappa sig although housing situation is interesting.

But honestly I can say that I think theyre time has passed, it will be awhile before they truly become middle tier because there are alot of really cool dudes and theyre pretty tight knit. But for the most part theyre just guys who like to have a good time. and I can respect that.
