Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 4.2 Lack of a house hasn't seemed to matter so far. Considered a top if not the top fraternity by all on campus for their community involvement and huge social presence. Anyone who says differently is unaware of CU Greek life

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 2.0 Used to be top, but fell. No house, no advisor, not much hope for reestablishing a strong presence. Liked these guys a lot, but safe to say they're no longer top and will only go down from here.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 3.0 I know people consider them a top fraternity, but I cannot stand these guys. Yes, they're hot and have good parties, but the guys are pretty rude. Im not saying all the guys are like this, but the majority I've met, I really do not enjoy at all haha.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 3.8 These guys are going to be top still for next year or two but they don't have a great brotherhood to keep them together like SAE. Not To mention their exec house is one of SAEs old annexes that is tiny. We will have to wait and see though.
