Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 3.8 If anyone thinks they don't throw close to if not the most parties they're kidding themselves. Definitely lost their touch with the new pledge class though but so far they're still top tier.
