Honestly had never heard of them until like halfway through this year but the guys are so sweet. They usually don't really advertise their parties but the house is nice and if they had some more people there it could be super fun

Phi delt is easily one of the best fraternities here. The guys have the highest GPA and they really deserve to be there. Amazing house and always feel safe at their parties. They really do bring in the sweetest guys in boulder!

This fraternity is up and coming for sure, been to a few parties and they have been sooo much fun. The guys there are some of the nicest I've met, and the definitely prioritize safety for the girls there. They are kinda limited because they are dry but they do their best.

It’s CU affiliated. Means it’s supposed to be a dry house. Went here and was told by brothers to go upstairs to do anything. Some of the guys were kinda weird. Having their property has what’s made them “popular”. Kinda like the kid from your hometown who inherited his dad’s Pontiac. It’s cool when he first gets it but it becomes old when he shows up to the ten year reunion in it. You’d be better off in literally any ifc fraternity

Great guys and a great replacement for the main house, the last frat that lived in the phi delt house was terrible and girls feared it

Love most the guys in this house… a lot of them are super nice but others are known to take advantage of girls… house is beautiful and they always supply more than enough drinks for parties. Awesome DJ.
