Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 2.5 Let’s get things straight. These guys have the biggest house at CU and they threw pretty much only there. The parties were really big but literally the only reason for this is their house and location. They threw once at an annex and it was so bad compared to their main house parties.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 4.2 went to a mixer and multiple date dashes with them this year, honestly really great dudes! they really picked up momentum this year and i’m excited to see them grow next year. one of the guys said they just came back in 2018 so considering how new they are, i’m really impressed! lots of love for phi delt

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 3.4 Guys have a really sick house but they definitely don’t deserve it, the owner of the house is a phi delt so now a bunch of CU IFC geeds live in this massive mansion. It sounds cool until you realize the kids are actually soft and are basically a giant friend group rather than frat bros. IFC on the hill and the other non associated chapters actually have a fraternity experience not a bunch of Boy Scouts lol

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 4.2 heard of them this semester, they had a euphoria party which was incredible, i’ve been back to every party since!!! not top house yet by any means but if they keep doing what they’re doing they’re well on their way!!!
