Phi Kappa Tau - ΦΚΤ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 5.0 Best fraternity on campus. These guys not only know how to throw down and have a good time, but they also know how to be classy and respect their guests. This is contrary to all the other fraternities on campus where the guys act like they've got it all made and act like a bunch of jack offs.

Phi Kappa Tau - ΦΚΤ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 3.6 The upside to this house is there great brotherhood and that they are actually nice, they're not the typical douchey frat guys but are super welcoming to everyone and chill to hang out with. The downside is that not a lot of super hot girls party there...pretty average crowd but they are moving up for sure

Phi Kappa Tau - ΦΚΤ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 4.8 One of the best houses of the last year easily. Great parties and all of the guys are super cool and not douchey. The sand and fence in the backyard have been a huge upgrade especially for darties, they should have a great fall semester
