Let me just start out by saying I only rushed theta, but my roomate actually joined, so this is from an inside and outside pov. The most recent pc seems to be pretty good - (nice outgoing attractive girls). Theta isn’t a super “popular” sorority, but most people seem to like them enough. My roomate has gone to a LOT of events and she has only been in it a couple months. They mix with mid tier frats, and seem to have lots of fun sisterhoods. Obvs there’s some drama but literally every sorority has some so if ppl say otherwise they’re lying. Also their house is really nice and well kept. If you don’t care so much about name dropping and sponsorships, then theta is a perfectly fine sorority to join. Keep in mind any girl can get into pretty much any frat party or bar- so your sorority affiliation really won’t do much aside from certain mixers. COLLEGE IS WHAT YOU MAKE IT!

Used to be a decent house, it’s still okay… weird vibes there and they have a super greasy set up. Wish I could say u were a top house but ur just not.

Theta Chi is a newer fraternity on the hill but I’ve never had as much fun anywhere else. The brothers are all so so kind and very funny, even the ones that are called “Sherms”. Their parties are really fun and the music is honestly better than any other frat I’ve been to. My friend blacked out there really bad once and some brothers made super she was safe and okay, which meant a lot. I feel like Theta Chi does not get as much love as they deserve, probably because their house isn’t the biggest, but they are #1 in my heart.
