Theta Xi is without a doubt, THE up & coming fraternity on campus. good guys. Now that they have moved to a house on the hill, their membership is rapidly growing. This year's pledge class was 40 + and the best yet. Theta xi is rapidly growing because of their new house. They throw some great parties too. Really nice group of guys, not like the other fraternities that look down upon everyone else. They all like to get outside - a very active house. Brotherhood is definitely there. Only complaint is the new house is a bit scrubby...

It is painfully obvious that PIKE has been self ranking. a week ago they were near the bottom of the list, and now they are at the top? Please. The D House was better before PIKE moved in and ruined the best apartment complex in boulder to party at. Check it out if you like standing in a half empty parking garage with strobe lights to "party"

very fun house. difficult to get into as a guy. but if you can get in, lots of fun. always stuffed with beautiful ladies. the parties they throw are awesome because they definitely rage, but they feel sophisticated and fratty at the same time. very nice. one of the best on campus along with sigma pi, theta xi, and kappa sig

very nice house, and the fraternity has potential. but the house is cursed. no way in hell would i want to live in the house knowing gordie bailey died there. a bookshelf fell on a girl at their last registered party. nearly killed her as well.... creepy

exclusive for the most part, geeds save yourself the walk from east campus. on the other hand these guys rage and if you get lucky, during a full moon, will show you where they keep the goat

they get hated on a little more than they deserve. most of the guys are sketchy but there are a few who are chill.
