Awesome house!! They were on social probation the whole second semester last year, but maybe they are just that good! Sig pi and sae are across the street now but everyone still knows pi kapp gets all the girls and has the greatest parties for a reason!!!

Hahaha. It's funny that they are rated so low because they don't care about what Greek rank says! I can't believe that other frats such as sig pi and zbt are higher because they vote themselves up. Pi kapp is the best house for me and my friends and I love the boys. Genuine and hot. I love you Pi Kapp!!!

i'm a girl that transferred from chi o to a different school. i absolutely loved this house and everyone in it! 7 girls transfered schools, while 4 girls actually dropped chi o. 4 girls from 80? thats nothing compared to other houses. LOvE my chi o girls!
