Lots of hot girls. Some nice girls, but mostly fake. Definitely not the smartest bunch. The house is nice, but VERY inconveniently located. When I rushed 3 years ago, I wanted to be in this house more than anything in the world, but now happy that I'm not. They REALLY going down hill. They couldn't even fill up their pledge class. Things really aren't looking too good for them, but at least they'll never be the worst house on campus, Tri-Delt has that spot secured.

this house i have always thought of as the cakefaced girls. kinda fake but pretty for sure... but pretty dumb too they put their letters on their bid day shirts this year and your not allowed to do that until their initiated. im sure they got fined for that. whoopsie aphi girls

They're definitely underrated as a whole. Overall really nice guys. Most are true gentlemen and very cute too! But some are kind of unattractive and weird. Oh well, I guess they can't afford to be selective yet since they're getting back on their feet. I don't party there much, but me and my sisters consider it to be a safer frat to party at. Their house would be really pretty if they renovated it a big. They definitely have a lot of potential! Keep up the good work, guys!
