pi phi

I'm a Pi Phi at a bigger school where we're considered "top tier". I'm worried about transferring here and this Pi Phi chapter. Opinions?

They had a huge mess last year and many girls dropped because they were so uncomfortable with how the chapter was being led. They do a lot of fun activities but the chapter is in a state of chaos right now.

They had to completely replace their exec board midway through last year

They had a few internal issues but their last exec raised their grades up to being 4th best they have a lot of representation in Panhellenic. The "issues" people refer to are no long there anymore. My best friend is a pi phi and I always feel so welcome there. They broke campus recruitment records as well this past fall.
