The reason certain chapters are considered a "top chapter" every year is because recruitment is COMPLETELY based on your previous three years of recruitment. So if one chapter has a few good years in a row, everyone else doesn't stand a chance. There is little to no room for improvement!

Potential new members: give every single chapter an equal opportunity to be your future home and get off stupid websites like this. You may find that those so-called "top tier" chapters are not all that cracked up to be.

The reason that a house does well in recruitment is because the girls in the house are involved all over campus, they appear to be social and yes, overall they portray a cute, well rounded individual and then in subsequent years their reputation and word of mouth continues the strength of the girls that are recruited to that chapter. Your post doesn't even make logical sense
