chi o is very shady

many people have been saying that chi o is extremely shady. they were very secretive with their cob and used the exact same theme as last year. they are known to bid promise and recruit very dirty. they set money aside to do so because they know they will be fined. its crazy how they get away with everything unscathed and this needs to be talked about more. thoughts?
