Hell nah. Th past two pcs looking like chopped cheese. Plus they aren’t really huge philanthropic wise compared to the other two. What I would say abt this list tho is that TPA is probably above gphi and pi phi because they aren’t tied down to Stratford housing.

I personally put Gphi higher. They’re past few pcs have been really fun and I see them out a lot

I personally think Tri Delt is too preppy and doesn’t go out with other low tiers frats. I think them going to Hoco with Sig ep this past year really boosted sig ep rep on campus again and helped them rise to a more upper tier frat
