rushing frats

From being around for two years (sophmore now) I think i have a good idea about the rankings of everyone and how they are. I'm considering rushing my Junior year and I want your imput as well. I will say ones that i'm interested in and my experience there and kinda rank them.

1. SAE - sweetest house on campus and it seems like they dominate most things as far as greek games and stuff. They have a lot going for them but it seems like there brotherhood is average.

2. PIKE- They have a pretty good house and they usually have hot girls at their parties. However, witnessed multiple times brothers arguing with each other and seem to not be a great enviroment when not at the parties.

3.Sigma Chi- They throw pretty sick parties and usually have pretty good looking girls. Heard the hazing is pretty bad and honestly the older guys are wayyy cooler than the new pledge class. Seems like they did a bad job at recruiting this year but still mostly cool guys.

4. Phi Kap- Definently not your typical frat but last year there parties where absolutely INSANE. The guys that I talk to in this frat are pretty chill and seem to just focus on throwing parties. Concerned about the size of their chapter and their house is nothing compared to the bigger frats

5. Beta- Beta has a pretty nice house and most the guys are cool to talk to. I never have a great time hear but i ffeel like they are just very average
