Honestly Delt is #1 for sure. I would say Pike is behind them but they aren’t on the same tier level since Delt had good parties this year.

It’s hilarious that people rank delt this high. In what aspect are they on same level as pike? Pike absolutely dominates the campus in recruiting which is the bloodline to any fraternity. Until delt can recruit who they want without pike taking all their main guys let’s not put them on same level.

Pike and Sae literally had to throw a combined party to compete w Delt... Pike has cool boys but socially Delt was above them this year
