Everyone knows that theta phi won recruitment. Their new pledge class helps them out A LOT

theta phi did well in recruitment but they did not "win". lots of sororities did well. their new pledge class is fine but they still do not compare to the top ones like pi phi tri delt kappa and theta when it comes to involvement, sisterhood, etc.

It's honestly hard to rank these houses because they all have completely different stereotypes and are good at different things. So in no particular order within the tiers, after recruitment I would say:
Top tier:
Kappa, theta, theta phi
Middle:
Pi phi, tri delt
Bottom:
Chi O, Gamma phi, KD

theta is no longer top. theta phi was never top. in fact, pi phi and tri delt are top and those two are middle

Theta phi's recruitment brought them up. Everyone else pretty much maintained.
