Theta Phi Alpha - ΘΦΑ Sorority at University of Cincinnati - UC 1.0 Never see them around campus. I've never met a theta phi in the million other campus organizations I'm involved in. I never hear about any of their philanthropies, I don't even know what event is theirs or who they support. And their retention rate is horrible. Step it up ladies.
