NEW ON GREEKRANK

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Cincinnati - UC 4.7 They are recently new on campus as of last year, and seem to be climbing in popularity, everyone knows of they are. They started throwing this semester and are doing better parties than anyone else around, great music, great vibe. They provide good mocktaiks (BYOB) at parties, much better than cheap bad beer. I feel safe there, very clean and nice house, close to campus. All the brothers are very friendly and a lot of fun. They are decently attractive. Worth a visit.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Cincinnati - UC 4.5 I went to Phi Delt's last party, the music was really good and included a lot of newer songs (BYOB). A little walk from campus but the lights and speakers they have make it worth it.

Not sure how anyone decides they wanna join a frat whose house is near no one. All they have going is they have rich alumni they got then a house that’s fr it. For the most part these guys are super cringy and awkward. Lots of girls have told me at their parties they are groomers and their non alcoholic drinks they give you are really over poured ifyk yk.
