SAE on this campus, or as most freshman girls call them: sexual assault expected. it’s probably one of the worst organizations on this campus. They are rude, they are sexist, they are perverts. Only go here if you want drugged and rapped. A lot of the guys are very rude in general. only good thing they have is a nice house there alumni built them

I went to Phi Delt's last party, the music was really good and included a lot of newer songs (BYOB). A little walk from campus but the lights and speakers they have make it worth it.

They are recently new on campus as of last year, and seem to be climbing in popularity, everyone knows of they are. They started throwing this semester and are doing better parties than anyone else around, great music, great vibe. They provide good mocktaiks (BYOB) at parties, much better than cheap bad beer. I feel safe there, very clean and nice house, close to campus. All the brothers are very friendly and a lot of fun. They are decently attractive. Worth a visit.
