When will sororities hold COB? Also how selective is the COB process?

I don't think the sororities know yet whether they're able to or not but probably during winter or spring q also it rly depends... Theta is the least selective by a mile and DG and Piphi aren't very selective either but I've heard Aopi is on the more selective side
