can i rush as a uic student

by:    

Uic doesn't really have Greek life and not many houses

Can I rush/pledge in the spring and maybe I'll transfer to uc or uiuc but I'll get the pledgeship out of the way

One does not simply transfer to the University of Chicago from UIC.
