lol person below inadvertently nailed it. "complete 360" from last year, meaning they're exactly where they were a year ago, with the possible exception of 10-20% of this pledge class

Honestly these girls had a horrible rep last year but this year they've done a complete 360. Last year was their first full year so of course they struggled! I think it's a poor reflection of the rest of campus for not supporting them or being welcoming to them. There were already awesome girls with a few weirdos sprinkled in but this year they got an AWESOME pledge class. Hope people see this and realize how much different they are than last year and start to respect them

Honestly, probably the best pledge class this year. super nice and down to earth girls who are really changing the rep of this sorority

Pledge classes are getting better and better. In a few years, this is going to be a top sorority.

Still growing, small, seem to have their stuff together the least but are very genuine and you can tell they're really trying to have an impact.

Pi Phi is confusing. They seem to like to pride themselves on not being a stereotypical sorority, but this is UChicago. We do not have stereotypical sororities so they're not exactly being unique. All this seems to mean is that while they have some really great girls, the majority of them are exceptionally socially awkward girls who aren't helping the organization's reputation on campus as the worst sorority. I hear their sisterhood is pretty strong though.

individually, they're gems-- but as a group, they fall apart. many girls are obviously and publically not happy with the leadership, which makes their sisterhood appear fake and strained. there are some great girls in the bunch, but they might have been better left as individuals.

I guess I understand all of this self-ranking since they're so new but this is so false of a representation it's a joke. Yes, they probably have great sisterhood because you really have to like the girls in order to want to be associated with the bottom tier. Otherwise, they are sort of a hot mess and all try-hards. Hopefully they grow in the coming years but for now there's no way around it: certainly bottom and can't figure their own vibe out yet.
