Zeta Psi - ΖΨ Fraternity at University of Chicago - UC 3.4 Easily on the rise. Last pledge class was good, but they need a few years in order to build. A little on the dorky side (lots of people into nerdy things), but not so much as to be strange. Vibe is good, if a little different (though that's mainly the old brothers; new group is more like the rest of the frats).

Zeta Psi - ΖΨ Fraternity at University of Chicago - UC 4.6 Not the most popular house on campus, but definitely the one with one of the best images. Known for treating their guests with respect, and having a brotherhood that is focused more so on personal development rather than just being a fraternity that parties all of the time. With the recent events on campus they have definitely maintained a positive relationship with the university and I see them becoming one of the top houses in a short amount of time - given how far they've come already.

Not the most popular house on campus, but definitely the one with one of the best images. Known for treating their guests with respect, and having a brotherhood that is focused more so on personal development rather than just being a fraternity that parties all of the time. With the recent events on campus they have definitely maintained a positive relationship with the university and I see them becoming one of the top houses in a short amount of time - given how far they've come already.
