Really sick house. Their parties were kinda mid in last year but this year they really popped off. Seems like they're really on the up, had like 15 pledges last quarter.

Great guys and great parties this year after being nonexistent last year. A countable few weird nerdy guys got in the mix don’t know what they were thinking. Girls quality at parties are improving quickly and if you know a brother here you’ll always have such a great time

Know a couple of brothers there... tropical tuesdays have been great, definitely moving up the ranks throughout this year. There's a couple of weirdos who do not look like they should be here at all but most of the new guys and the older/athlete guys are very chill. much potential

Been throwing more and more this quarter which is good since all their parties end up packed and fun. Most brothers are friendly, some are definitely party animals. Keep throwing more and keep it going

John Trevino is an emotional manipulator lmao. Oh and his fraternity brothers came to me asking why I was at their (rather dead) party and I said I knew John and they all told me they don't like him and just have to tolerate him. They don't even want him living in the house LOL. A total loser. The rest of the boys are nice ig. It's like these boys settled for Phi Delt. Like it was their last choice. And their table is stolen! Brokieesssss :)
