Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Chicago - UC 2.2 Phi Delt has some good guys but the whole place is a mess now that their whole exec board got suspended. It used to be a rushable place but this is no longer the case.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Chicago - UC 4.0 Can't deny that its one the top houses on campus but some of the brothers are just evil. I went to their last party with a group of girls from my house. Because we were both from Alper house and it was before 11 (there weren't even that many people there!), we asked to be let in for less than the door price. He then proceeded to laugh and mock us for several minutes with other brothers joining in before kicking us out. I know we were pushing our luck but damn phi delts are douches

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Chicago - UC 3.2 These guys have lots of parties and whatnot but are jerks. They are disrespectful at other greek events (punch holes in walls, fight with other brothers) and just in general find a way to piss other people off (especially UCPD). Their house was once beautiful and is not disgusting and they try almost as hard as aoii to convince everyone that they're the cool frat. try way too hard to live like the state school's featured on tfm. creepy guys and elitist
