AD has a nice house and location, so the parties are generally good. I would still put AD over sig chi (upper of mid tier) but the brothers/pledges have been known to be generally weird/awkward. They focus a lot on marketing and that type of thing (social media, merch, etc.), enough pull to throw good darties but will prob never break top tier (Fiji, Psi, etc.)

This frat is so poopy butt. They are weird af and think they so cool. They poop outside frats and run around campus naked and oiled up. The brothers bond over their stinkiness. STRAIGHT GARBAGE. nice house tho.

Solid frat. Cool social medias. Mandatory requirement to live at the house. Mid-below average parties and overall rank compared to other frats on campus. Brothers are nice but a bit weird, definitely on the smarter/uchicago quirky ask side. Cousin Jay was mid but backyard cool.
