They have had multiple accounts of throwing bad parties. I really have an issue with how many guys they have at their parties. Every party is a literal sausage fest because all the girls leave because they do not necessarily like the guys there. Overall, I would say a pretty bad frat from their weirdness and bad house culture.

Theta was top back in 2019 before the scandal. Now all of the top girls are gone and they have to beg people to join. The current members are nice girls but it is certainly bottom tier rn

Great fraternity that focuses primarily on the protection of women and making sure everyone parties responsibly. I personally really like a lot of the guys there, they aren’t jerks. These guys throw definitely some of the best parties on campus, I think they’re top 2 for sure.
