I love Phi Delt. The guys there are awesome, cute, and treat everyone with respect. I couldn't be more proud of having supportive greek life chapters like the UChicago Phi Delt.

Pi Phi is confusing. They seem to like to pride themselves on not being a stereotypical sorority, but this is UChicago. We do not have stereotypical sororities so they're not exactly being unique. All this seems to mean is that while they have some really great girls, the majority of them are exceptionally socially awkward girls who aren't helping the organization's reputation on campus as the worst sorority. I hear their sisterhood is pretty strong though.

Most people will say that they have gotten way better in the last few years. Others think they've gotten worse but thats because the old guys are way different than the other ones. Have the best second year class so it should be interesting if fiji and psi u do poorly with rush again. Of the 4 kids who got bids from both last year, 3 are in DU.

I'm thinking of going through formal recruitment this year, and I think I would be happiest in AOPi. All the girls I have met are friendly, pretty down to earth and easy to talk to, which at the end of the day is probably the most important thing. They don't act like they're above the rest of the student body, unlike some other Greek organizations.

Theta has a lot of good-looking girls, but they don't always seem to be that friendly or genuine. It also seems like they have a lot of internal drama and aren't that close.

DG's are kind of a mixed bag. Some of them are pretty nice and friendly, but they also seem like a fractured group. I don't think it's really a good place to be if you're not an athlete or a big drinker.

AOPi doesn't seem to have as many athletes as DG or Theta, I don't think they're really the most "sporty" group. They seem to be a lot more artsy, and most of the ones I know are sweet and pretty intelligent.
