Solidly bottom tier. New on campus, people don't really know any of the girls. The top 3 have been the top 3 for so long that pi phi will probably stay the sorority for girls who can't get into the top 3. Which is not necessarily a bad thing-it gives girls who would otherwise never be in a sorority, even at uchicago, to be part of the greek community.

They really need to step up on the social life and community involvement. Pi Phi seems invisible on campus.
