Pi Phis are great! Really kind women who are definitely involved in a wide spectrum of things. Though they're still recovering from being the 'new' sorority, they're on the right track and they're more welcoming than any of the other chapters as a result!

My friends at other schools are in DG but I know I wouldn't fit in here - the chapter is split into two halves; athletes and non-athletes. It's a very clear divide and it makes the chapter really cliquey because they have different goals. Some of the girls seem really nice but otherwise they just stick to themselves.

I was very interested in Theta and one of my roommates last year is a theta and i love her until I got coffee with one of the older sisters and all she did was talk negatively about the other chapters. She was very competitive but went on about how Theta is the "hottest and the best" and all the other chapters try hard to be them, which I don't agree with. I think UChicago is special in that each chapter is very different but I don't want to be in a sisterhood where the sisters are mean.

I wish they had more women in their chapter!! This historically black sorority can offer so many wonderful things to the black women of UC and I wish they were more active on campus.
