Had a really great pledge class this fall that is super focused on improving the sorority's reputation. Honestly is on tier with some of the other sororities now and keeps rising.

Theta's brand has really changed in the last year or two from being superficially-driven on looks/popularity to attracting girls who are loud leaders on campus that are fun, yes, but also really driven and active. When I first got to campus, I actually thought theta was the one I'd like the least because of their "hot" reputation but was surprised at how non-superficial and engaged the women truly are.
