how long do i have to accept a bid?

So, I got a bid from a sorority last night, which is awesome, but I still have a bunch of events at other chapters that I've signed up for. Ideally I would like to attend these events and see these other chapters. I could know in as little as 48 hours whether any other sororities are interested in me. How long am I allowed before I have to accept or decline a bid?

I'm not sure either :( but maybe you can email PHC VP of Membership! Or last case, you could email the house's VP and explain your situation. Do you mind me asking which house? Most of the houses I know of haven't finished yet.

I would email the VP of Membership for that chapter asking when they need to know by. Don't tell them you're still looking at other chapters, but just tell them you need a little time to think it over because you know it's a very big decision.

Thanks, that's what I did! I said I needed to talk about it with my parents (which is true) and I have all of today and tomorrow to decide.
