Phi tau has a lot of nice guys in it - really good at snappa, tight brotherhood.
Phi psi is the most socially active of the group- one of the more popular frats, like to party.
Sigma Pi is a bunch of really chill guys who blaze hard - not a typical frat.

Definitely a diverse group of frats to check out. All could be right for different people.
