Everyone knows Alpha Phi's been on the rise and their new pledge class is amazing so that puts them ahead of DG. Tri delt did just well enough with their PC to break out of bottom. Everyone else hasn't gotten better or worse.

LOL, Nah. TriDelt is below Theta. Would rank them equal with Gamma Phi. Theta actually has gotten pretty cute the last 2 PC's.

Though, yeah, Alpha Phi is def a top house now.
