incoming spring transfer looking to rush

Hey guys,
I currently am transferring to UCB, and start in January. I am looking to join a Fraternity, as I have been looking forward to a brotherhood. After I transfer I have 2.5 years left at UCB. My two questions are as follows:
1) What are some good houses that may possibly have a spring rush this year (2016)?
2) Realistically, what are the expectations I should have being a transfer student with only 2.5 years left? I feel like I will fit in with the Fraternities, I have been around many throughout my college life, but do houses like to take older transfers? Any inside information will help.

every fraternity has spring rush, but not all sororities do. Go by any of them that you're interested in, don't worry about amount of time left or whatever, frats don't care about that. it's all about how well you fit in
