by: JuniorIf you're a junior and certain houses like kappa pi phi dg aphi (the better houses) pref you, are you pretty much guaranteed in? I know you're ranked on a list but how is it for juniors

panhellenic/our nationals require us to have a quota for juniors/seniors in our pledge class, therefore with the algorithms to have the best odds of meeting junior/senior quota, the system will keep "X" amount of older girls coming through our house in rush.
its not a matter of being shallow, its a matter of fall formal recruitment being a system that works to best match people in a house that is mutually selected, but it doesnt always work, plain and simple.

so not true... in my house there was a junior that we didn't want but she wasn't as awful as the other ones who had come through. so although this girl was not extremely liked in rush, she made it to pref night based on the number of juniors we must bring back, then we were able to cut her
