I can see that everyone is talking about a Junior quota, but is there a sophomore quota as well? Also, are spring admits considered sophomores or freshmen?

There is a freshman/sophomore quota and a separate junior/senior quota. Spring admits are treated the same as other freshmen in terms of class rank, but tbh most sororities will knock you for "only" getting in as a spring admit.
