rush form

What are sororities looking for in the section where you describe your activities and all? How much the form viewed/ weighed? I feel like it's the actual rush process that determines like almost 100% of it and the form is overlooked

The form isn't really weighted that heavily, tbh. A super weird girl with great extra curricular stuff isn't gonna be better off than someone nice, outgoing and chill with less on their form.
