the bottom houses are all the same = gphib/zeta/ddd/theta
zeta is for sure not any better than tri delt or gphi or theta tbh

I would put Gphi above Theta, closer to Tri Delt but for sure below Zeta. Switch ADPI and SK. Otherwise pretty solid. ^^

GPhi is definitely better than Theta. Theta had just gotten worse and worse over the years. I'm my sure it's equal to Tri Delt though. Tri Delt is still a step up. As for Zeta, they still lack a solid reputation; still a bottom house though
