I'd like Alpha Phi a little lower maybe tied with SK and AOPi? Also GPhiB would be tied with TriDelt and Theta. Overall, they're not as bad as TriDelt and Theta but their looks bring them down a little.

gphi is the very bottom okay..............always has been.

"Always has been" isn't a valid reason. Something always has been until it isn't. SK has always been a solid house, until it suddenly wasn't. Gphi has had a couple pretty decent pledge classes. I would put them above Theta these days and of course Tri Delt has been on the down for a long time.
