The majority of these rankings are from SK, AXO and AOPi--they have to self promote.

I agree with "sororities."
These are the tiers:

TOP: kappa/pi phi/dg
UPPER MID: sk/aphi/chi o (Chi O should be considered lower mid too though)
LOWER MID: aopi/axo/adpi
BOTTOM: tridelt/theta/gphi

current ratings ranks are actually not too far off par. aopi definitely should be down a bit below middle, and pi phi should be higher, but the rankings for the bottom are about right.

These are the ratings commonly understood in the past years. Some houses have gone up and others down with the newest pledge classes.
