I disagree.

The "popular" or "top" sororities are Kappa, Pi Phi, and DG as most agree. But the "bottom", I think, is only the houses that are overall unattractive, which are GPhi and Theta. The rest fall into the middle... upper or lower depends on the ranker.

Other than the very top and bottom houses your rankings are totally messed up (outdated perhaps???) They might have been right at one point, but atm its more like:

There's a difference between reality and reputation. Frats aren't going to change their minds about what houses they think are popular, whether they are right or wrong. Now stop arguing, no one cares.

Yes they will change their minds. Frats want the hottest girls/sororities. If these sororities were as hot as the self promoters claim, top frats would want to exchange with them.

Improvements in exchanges aren't immediate. It's way more obvious with the frats whose rankings change more often. It's usually the semester after they move up a tier that the better exchanges happen.

What frat boy actually goes on this site and argues about sorority ranks? Whoever is self promoting, it's annoying. Everyone knows what the real ranks are.

And by the way, a sorority's value isn't based on fraternities, it comes from within the organization as well. Frankly most girls I know have no interest in frat boys, just the free alcohol they give. Cool.

If you ask seniors/graduated people, those were the ranks. Things have def changes.
