Clearly they're AOPi - why else would they be rated so highly? I like to think of it in groups
1. KKG (even after their disappointing fall pledge class)
2. Pi Phi
3. DG
4/5/6. SK, APhi, Chi O (in no order)

It's really the middle houses that are kinda up in the air right now.
