I agree with most of what you said, except SK is definitely not that high up and id say aphi and chi o are on the same tier, where adpi is next and sk is after that

Post below is NOT accurate at all! Adpi has fallen, have you seen or even heard of them lately? SK is pretty solid in the upper middle tier and has been ranked there or a while. I wouldn't put alpha phi in front of them... alpha phi has risen a lot in the rankings just the past year but it's not enough to move SK. SK has been a solid house.. Wasnt alpha phi ranked lower middle just last year? They could easily go back. However if they keep improving I could definetly see it happen though. Chio in the upper middle is questionable... They've been pretty quiet lately but I was impressed with their fall pledge class. Lots of pretty girls!

There is a difference between "rank" and "reputation". Houses like SK/APhi are close to high tier, but have very little respect in the Greek community. Versus houses like Chi O, AXO, and AOPi which are only middle tier, but their ratings come out higher because they are well liked. Not too many bad personalities but still not considered unattractive.

In the comments I see lots of differences in rankings of Gamma Phi Beta, Theta, and Tridelt. Anyone want to explain? I'm thinking of rushing and I was curious.
