advice

Hey everyone,
So I have been in my sorority since this past spring. Because I rushed spring, I really didn't know what I was doing, didn't get to see all the houses, and ended up joining a house simply because the girls seemed really nice and cool and I wanted to be a party of the Greek system. Since then, however, I have made very very few close friends in my house and feel very detached from the chapter. This sounds horrible, but I am considering a few of my options:
1. Dropping
2. Dropping and going through fall formal recruitment later on
3. Sticking it out
I love so many aspects of the greek system, and I really wish I had just originally gone through FFR. Any advice would be great, thanks!

If you're going to stick it out talk to the chapter president or the officer in charge of chapter membership and let them know how you're feeling. Talk to your chapter's advisors too, they're a great resource. If the chapter truly cares about its members wellbeing they'll want to know how you're feeling and to remedy that detachment. Sororities are really big and it's hard to meet everyone and feel close to them or even to the chapter itself.
