APhi is definitely higher up, but they're normally upper mid tier, pretty even with Chi O. This post is actually the first one I've seen that puts Chi O in the top tier with Pi Phi, DG, and Kappa.

alpha phi will probably become top soon with their recent 2 PCs combined with their university primetime feature, panhellenic political power, and their recruitment strategies that have become increasingly refined and cunning without being scandalous

I don't even think Kappa should be considered top anymore. Just take a look at how well they did during recruitment.

i mean kappa is still above most, but probably equal with the other top 3 houses now. They only had that rep because they're the oldest sorority on campus

KKG = most competative house

DG/PiPhi/ChiO = best partiers

Alpha Phi = would be best partier but snobby rep detracts

Alpha Delta Pi/Alpha Omicron Pi = girls next door with great sisterhood

Sigma Kappa = nice girls who party

Alpha Chi Omega/ZTA/Theta = under the radar

DDD/Gamma Phi Beta = least competative houses to get into
