how do sororities decide who to invite back?

It seems hard since you only geta few girls talking to you on unity day. Do they go on your facebook and social medias? What makes someone unworthy of an invitation back? Looks?

Every chapter has their own very private selection process based on many possible different criteria of qualities they're looking for in their new member class. Reasons why you did or didn't get invited back to a particular chapter are likely to vary from house to house. Worrying too much about the whys and hows of it will only drive you crazy, trust me, especially because those are questions sorority women are really not able or allowed to answer.

I've heard ADPi doesn't invite people back on the first day based on high school GPA... They have top GPA and try to maintain that
