Real ranking going into fall

Here’s the problem, all these rankings are looking at spring of this year, and almost every relevant frat was on sopro for at least part of it, as a rushee don’t get tricked into thinking houses are better than they are because they had no competition in the spring. Here’s the real ranking that I observe just by how much people seem to speak about them:
T1: zete SAE (falling)
T2: Fiji KA DKE (falling)
T3: Phi Psi Pike ATO
T4: ZBT (rising) Sig Chi Chi Psi TKE
T5: rest
