Which frats and srats are rising and falling?

For srats: ZTA falling (lmao they lost their house so I mean), Pi Phi kinda falling (don't come for me, their Fall PC was meh), maybe AXO rising from bottom to maybe like 3rd from bottom (a few hotties in this PC but still mostly LGBT it seems), Theta maybe rising, Tri-Delt falling a bit, Aphi still being shady but hot while they do it, and the middle srats (Adpi, SK, ChiO, DS) not moving much.

^^I would have to disagree Pi phi is definitely not falling and Sk is definitely rising maybe even above chi o. Their last 2 pledge classes has been really good. Aphi is the only srat that has been lowering themselves second by second especially with the rush scandal this fall

ZTA moved to a different house, from what i know, all the rooms in the house are singles, something that the other sororities do not have. Housing and dues are the lowest out of all 13 sororities. Their PC was pretty good this semester. They're definitely on the rise.
DS is falling, especially with those allegations from Spring '22.
Aphi is definitely falling. Their dirty rushing from fall was really bad. The majority of Greekrank posts have been about Aphi dirty rushing.
I feel like Gphi is starting to rise and AXO is below Gphi now.
